COSTUMER CARE PROCEDURES
After the client has contacted one of our customer care coordinators via internet or telephone and has informed him for the date and time of his arrival in Bulgaria we will then arrange one of our brokers to welcome him at the airport (Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna or Burgas Airports). Our broker will accompany the client with a company transport to a chosen from him hotel, where he will stay. Hotel prices start from 50lv (approximately 25 EUR) for double room per night, depending on the hotel category.
 
Property viewings
The client will visit together with our broker the properties, chosen preliminary from the client. The transport is organized with a company car and the client should pay 0,50 lv per 1km (approximately 0,25 EUR per 1 km). For example for 100km the price is 50lv, which is less than the taxi prices in Bulgaria.
 
How to buy in Bulgaria
A foreigner can buy a property in Bulgaria by registration of a company with limited liability. The registration can be completed for 10 days and the costs for the service are 400 EUR. The legal required document is an international passport and the purpose of the registered company is to be purchased the chosen property. The fee for the company service by an accountant is 17 EUR per month or 200 EUR annually.
 
After the viewings, the client, the broker, the office-coordinator and the lawyer of DOM-KO will discuss together in the company office the details about all chosen properties and after the final choice of the client will be arranged the documents formalities as follows:
 
  - the client should pay 10 % in advance from the value of the property;
  - all documents concerning the registration of the company will be prepared;
  - a client’s bank account will be opened in Pireus Bank, Bulgaria;
  - the client will sign a Letter of Attorney to the lawyer of DOM-KO in order to present him     in front of the notary, at the purchase f the property, as well as in front of all state     institutions connected with the registration of the property.

After preparing all necessary documents, the client will be accompanied to the airport at the time of his flight.
For the completion of the transaction are needed 30 days, during which within the first 20 days after his departure the client should transfer the rest amount of the transaction to the opened bank account in Pireus Bank, Bulgaria.
